Cancellation & Refund Policies

Beat Brain Solutions is a software, web development, and I.T. service providing hub. Our constant effort remains to satisfy our clients, but we cannot do it under certain circumstances. Therefore, we have devised project cancellation and payment refund policies. When you register a project with us, you automatically accept the given project cancellation and refund policies.

1.0 Information We May Collect About You

1.1 Coverage & Scope

1.1.1 Our cancellation & refund policies cover projects initiated with Beat Brain Solutions Only.

1.1.2 These policies do not have applications for companies not owned or controlled by Beat Brain Solutions

1.1.3 These policies are also not applicable to third-party services, bonds, or contracts.

1.1.4 These policies shall not apply to websites with links on Beat Brain Solutions

 

1.2 Policies & Procedure to Cancel the Project

1.2.1 You cannot cancel the project that is already accomplished.

1.2.2 You can cancel the project that has not been initiated yet.

1.2.3 You can cancel the project that is halfway.

1.2.4 You have to make a request for cancellation and refund.

1.2.5 You need to show valid reasons for the cancellation and refund.

1.2.6 Our high-level expert team will look into the matter and try to solve the issues with mutual understanding.

1.2.7 We will cancel the project and issue a refund if nothing fruitful can be obtained.

1.2.8 The client has to communicate the cancellation through written application only; verbal communication will not be considered.

 

2.1 Types of Refund and Eligibility Criteria

2.1.1 Full Refund: It is applicable only when the project design and coding process has not been initiated at all. The refund amount never exceeds the amount we have received from you.

2.1.2 Partial Refund: It is based on the services we provided in accordance with the project scope and contract signed with a given timeline. The refund will proportionate the amount of work done and work that remains.

2.1.3 No Refund: There is no refund if the project has been completed or the website has been uploaded on the server and published on the web. It is the client’s duty to bring to our notice that they are not satisfied with the work during the design or development phase. We regularly issue project reports in our PMS.

2.1.4 N.A.: The refund policy is not applicable if the client is not furnishing us with the required documents, info, or resources during the development phase. Delay or weak communication and non-cooperative gestures will not be tolerated.

 

2.2 Eligibility for Refund

When we receive your request for a refund after the cancellation of the project, we apply the following criteria to render you eligible for a refund:

2.2.1 Development or post-sales process has not been started.

2.2.2 The issues or problems with the project are beyond the scope of rectification or resolution in any circumstances.

2.2.3 The client has not violated any payment terms.

2.2.4 The client has not used any part of a project for monetary or business benefits.

2.2.5 The client has produced valid reasons which are realistic and easy to believe.

2.2.6 The client has produced enough proof or evidence to support their claim.

2.2.7 We will not accept any issue arising due to payment transactions or third-party services which are beyond our liability.

 

3.1 Limitation of Liabilities

3.1.1 Beat Brain Solutions Is liable to be bound by the value of the project, which is incomplete at a given period.

3.1.2 We extend the timeline when the project scope is expanded. However, Beat Brain Solutions Is not responsible for the losses for the services provided by third-party providers or contractors.

3.1.3 We hold rights of refund only for the projects which are canceled by the clients with a written notice and approved by our high-level team.

 

4.1 Procedure for Refund

4.1.1 Pre-Refund:

A. We process the refund request, analyze it, and check its veracity.B. We match refund requests with agreeable parameters and valid reference points.C. We used to arrange a refund in permeable situations, and reimbursement depends on details given in the refund type section.

4.1.2 Post-Refund:

a) The client has to sign a proof agreement.b) You must destroy the information, design/resources, or code we provided before getting any refund because that is our asset.

4.2.3 Transaction:

A. Once you sign the refund agreement, we process your refund within a week of working days.B. We will pay your refund in the same currency in which you have made the payment.

 

Changes in Policies:

Beat Brain Solutions Is the authority to change cancellation and refund policies. Therefore, the client has to check our policy page time-to-time for the changes, as we will not inform any client of the respective changes.
