Challenge
The client managed a global knowledge sharing portal on Drupal 7, containing a large volume of articles, media assets, and a complex taxonomy structure. The site had thousands of active users with different role based permissions. Beyond content migration, the client needed a more intuitive backend that would allow their editorial team to manage content independently without developer involvement.
